SOOCHIPARA WATERFALLS

The best time to visit Soochipara waterfalls is from the month of October to March. The weather condition remains pleasant and suitable for your visit. Visiting hours is from 8.30 am to 4 pm. Tourists visiting the falls are not allowed to carry plastics bags, it is strictly prohibited. After reaching the parking area everyone has to pass through security check at the entrance. It will be better if you don’t carry any plastic.

The nearest town is Meppadi town and is well connected to all the major cities and towns of Kerala. So the nearest bus stand is Meppadi bus stand and the nearest railway station is Kozhikode railway station, located at a distance of 78 kilometers. The nearest Airport is Karipur International airport and is located at a distance of 93 kilometers. It is up to you to make your travel either by airways, railways or by roadways, the choice is yours. There are number of taxis available outside the station and airport which you can take it on hire. There are numbers of buses running from all the major cities of Kerala as well as from the other near states.
